Position Summary

Parker Aerospace, a $6B operating segment of Parker Hannifin Corporation, is one of the world’s leading producers of flight control, hydraulic, fuel and inerting, fluid conveyance, thermal management, and engine systems for the aerospace industry. Services & Support Operations

The Services and Support Operations (SSO) team within Parker Aerospace focuses on delivering commercial and military aftermarket services to a global client base across our Aerospace Group Divisions. Our mission is to drive growth through value-add solutions, ensuring Parker Aerospace remains the preferred choice for next-generation aircraft across our expansive portfolio.


Role Summary

As the Aerospace BD Leader (Aftermarket) for EMEA, you will:

  • Serve as the key leadership point of engagement, directing and generating aftermarket business opportunities.
  • Formulate and execute successful market strategies.
  • Lead a Key Account team to increase market share and retain existing commercial aftermarket customers in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Coordinate across SSO functional teams and partner with regional associates to unify plans under a shared EMEA mission.
  • Strengthen SSO’s identity at Ansty Park, enhance leadership across the EMEA regional team, and secure deeper customer relationships to drive regional and UK growth.
  • Develop and implement an EMEA aftermarket business strategy aligned with global priorities.
  • Build actionable growth plans for key markets/segments, defining targets, timelines, and accountability.
  • Track performance and drive corrective actions to meet/re-exceed goals for revenue, margin, and market share.

Opportunity Identification & Market Expansion

  • Identify high-potential markets, channels, and customer segments (e.g., service providers, distributors, end users, and OEM-aligned channels).
  • Lead value propositions, go-to-market plans, and commercialisation strategies for new offerings.
  • Conduct market and competitive assessments to guide pricing, positioning, and portfolio decisions.

Channel & Partner Development

  • Expand and optimise distributor and partner networks across EMEA.
  • Establish partner performance frameworks (KPIs, training, and joint collaboration plans).
  • Support negotiation and strategic agreement development, ensuring policy compliance.

Customer & Key Account Leadership

  • Collaborate with Sales teams to win strategic deals. Grow share of wallet with key accounts.
  • Promote aftermarket solutions that enhance customer uptime and total cost of ownership.
  • Lead customer retention initiatives, and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product Management & Operations to ensure competitive lead times, availability, and service readiness.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to develop regional demand generation programs and targeted campaigns.
  • Provide a trusted regional voice to global teams, feeding insights, priorities, and execution feedback.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven aftermarket business development, commercial strategy, or regional growth leadership track record.
  • Deep knowledge of aftermarket dynamics: parts, service, installed base, lifecycle management, channel models, and pricing.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management, margin optimisation, and business case development.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Required qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA-plus preferred).
