Aerospace Manufacturing Operative
Composites Laminator – Team Member (Full Training Provided)
Teledyne Technologies Incorporated provides enabling technologies for industrial growth markets requiring advanced technology and high reliability, including aerospace, defence, manufacturing automation, environmental monitoring, and more. As a fast-growing manufacturer, we’re seeking committed individuals prepared to work in shifts (once fully trained, 4 on, 4 off including nights) to join our Composites Laminator teams at Teledyne CML Composites.
About the Role
With orders extending into the next decade, we need dedicated Composite Laminators to support the production of high-quality composite parts for aerospace applications. As a member of our team, you will:
- Handle the entire process of laminating pre-impregnated glass/carbon fibre into mould tools, including:
- Proper lay-up techniques
- Vacuum bagging and resin infusion
- Follow complex technical drawings and specifications with attention to detail to ensure flawless consistency
- Utilise precision, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination during intricate manufacturing tasks
- Resolve problems proactively to minimise production interruptions
- Maintain a clean, organised, and contaminant-free cleanroom environment at all times
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and follow strict health and safety protocols
Full training will be provided to ensure proficiency in these areas.

Key Requirements
- A willingness to learn and adapt fast to new techniques and materials
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity (essential for precision laminating)
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work methodically
- Problem-solving mindset to address unexpected challenges on the production line
- Commitment to health and safety protocols, including compliance within cleanroom environments
- Flexibility to manage fluctuating demands, including working across both day and night shifts after training
- A dedicated and meticulous approach to craftsmanship—no shortcuts permitted
- Ability to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
