Role Purpose
As Store Manager at Aesop Bicester Village, you will:
- Represent our commitment to engaging, listening, and guiding customers toward relevant products.
- Lead with passion and purpose, motivating your team to deliver inclusive, memorable customer experiences that drive store performance.
- Manage all aspects of store operations (full-time, on-site including weekends), including:
- Budget management
- Store marketing
- Client base growth
- Coordination of daily activities for Retail Consultants

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise a team of Retail Consultants
- Foster an inclusive, psychologically safe work environment
- Train, coach, and develop staff to enhance performance
Customer & Commercial Excellence
- Build and retain a strong customer client base
- Drive sales through exceptional retail consultancy
- Uphold Aesop’s brand standards and elevated retail experience
Operational & Strategic Oversight
- Oversee budgeting, marketing, and merchandising for the store
- Manage partnerships with Bicester Village and local stakeholders
- Recognise opportunities for store growth and efficiency
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a seasoned retail leader with:
- Management experience in customer service-driven environments
- Proven commercial acumen with strong selling and team leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to ** coach teams**, create trust, and resolve conflicts
- Empathy and emotional intelligence to build positive working relationships
- Open, curious mindset—listening actively and valuing diversity
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and merchandising skills
- Industry expertise advantageous:
- Comprehensive skincare knowledge (essential)
- Familiarity with haircare, body care, fragrance, and home products
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office software
