Role Description
The Aesthetic Doctor will provide on-site clinical care at Krasa Clinic in London on a part-time basis. Daily responsibilities include:
- Conducting skin assessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Performing aesthetic procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, and advanced facials in accordance with clinic protocols
- Monitoring treatment outcomes
- Ensuring patient safety
- Maintaining accurate medical records

The Aesthetic Doctor will also:
- Educate clients on skin health, post-treatment care, and appropriate home-care regimens
- Collaborate with the wider clinical and skincare team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Participate in case discussions
- Engage in ongoing training
- Adhere to regulatory and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Licensed medical doctor or an FY2 doctor, taking an F3/F4 year, a Clinical Fellow, GP trainee; eligibility to practice in the UK.
- Demonstrated expertise in aesthetic procedures, including injectables (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, boosters), laser treatments, and advanced skin therapies.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills for identifying skin conditions and determining appropriate treatment options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, explain treatment plans clearly, and provide patient education.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and staying current with advances in aesthetic and dermatologic care.
- Attention to detail, high standards of hygiene and safety, and thorough documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team, with a patient-centered mindset and respect for diverse clients.
- Prior experience in a clinic or medical spa setting is highly beneficial; additional certifications in cosmetic dermatology or aesthetic procedures are an advantage.
