Aesthetic Practitioner

Location: South Woodford Hours: Full-time / Part-time considered

The Harley Medical Group and sk:n clinics are now part of a leading Group that owns Optical Express and ACES, two of the UK’s most trusted ophthalmology providers. We provide world-class service and clinical care to both private and NHS patients.

We are seeking an Aesthetic Practitioner to join our friendly, reliable, and talented team at our South Woodford Clinic.

Important Note: Due to multiple locations in the London area, you may also be expected to work at other clinics in the region if successful.

This flexible role often involves late nights and working weekends.


The Role

As an Aesthetics Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and greeting clients
  • Supporting and advising them on suitable treatments and products available
  • Conducting a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments
  • Providing outstanding customer service with genuine care and passion
  • Enabling clients to achieve greater self-confidence through improved skin appearance
  • Supporting with reception duties, appointment scheduling, and administration work
  • Retailing cosmetic products to clients

Experience, Qualifications & Personal Qualities

Required qualifications & experience:

  • Qualified to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) – Level 4 certification is highly desirable
  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in:
    • Aesthetics
    • Day Spa
    • Beauty counters
    • Salons
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Exceptional customer service mindset and passion for aesthetics
  • Experience working to sales targets and willingness to engage in promotional activities
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
