Role: Aesthetic Practitioner

Location: Knightsbridge, London

Salary: £35,000 (DOE) + 5% commission on retail and services

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Hours: 40 hours per week | Bi-weekly rota | 2 Saturdays per month | 1–2 late shifts per week (11am–8pm)

Start Date: Immediate

This is a well-established, high-end brand with a loyal and growing clientele.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Aesthetic Practitioner to join a high-performing clinical team. You will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, conduct thorough consultations, and build lasting patient relationships, all within a CQC-compliant, medically credible environment.

This is a hands-on clinical role with a strong commercial element. You'll be expected to contribute to patient retention, retail performance, and the overall standard of care at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalised treatment plans
  • Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments within your scope of practice and competency
  • Obtain informed consent and manage patient expectations
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in line with CQC, GDPR, and professional standards
  • Support patient retention through excellent outcomes and service delivery
  • Manage patient concerns professionally and in accordance with clinic policy
  • Contribute to clinic efficiency, stock management, and infection control standards
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues where appropriate

Essential Requirements

  • Level 4 Aesthetic Practitioner qualification minimum (Level 3 considered with laser training or COK)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Aesthetic Practitioner
  • Strong sales background and commercially minded approach
  • In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy
  • Hands-on experience with treatments including: Hydrafacial, Emsculpt, Laser, RF, Micro-needling, Exilis, Obagi ZO
  • Exceptional consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient safety, clinical governance, and continuous improvement

Desirable

  • Experience with BBL Moxi, Ultraclear, or Sofwave
  • Arabic speaking
