Aesthetics Practitioner

Location: Chiswick & Clapham Hours of Work: Full-time (with flexibility required for late shifts and Saturdays)

The Harley Medical Group and sk:n clinics are part of a group that also owns Optical Express and ACES, two leading ophthalmology providers dedicated to delivering world-class service and clinical care to both private and NHS patients.

We are seeking an Aesthetic Practitioner to join our welcoming, reliable, and highly talented team at our Chiswick Clinic, including occasional work at our Clapham Clinic.


The Role

As an Aesthetics Practitioner (specifically within beauty and laser treatments), you will:

  • Welcome and consult with clients
  • Advise on suitable treatments and products
  • Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments with a focus on skin health, confidence-building, and exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to reception duties, including diary management and administrative support
  • Assist with product retailing and sales targets

Experience & Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    • Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) as a minimum.
    • Level 4 is preferred for advancement.
  • Industry experience:
    • At least 1 year in aesthetics, spas, beauty counters, or salons.
  • Key skills & attributes:
    • Strong team player with a “can do” attitude
    • Genuine passion for customer service and skincare enhancement
    • Experience aligning with sales targets and promoting key treatments
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late shifts as required
