Marketing Executive – Visitor & Exhibitor Promotions
The Opportunity
Are you a dynamic marketing professional with around 1-2 years of experience looking to make a significant impact? Easyfairs has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to work on visitor and exhibitor promotions within our award-winning Aesthetics team.
Aesthetics, part of Easyfairs, encompasses a media and event portfolio serving the rapidly growing medical aesthetics industry. Our corporate customers include:
- Pharmaceutical producers of injectable products
- Skincare companies
- Laser device manufacturers
The portfolio includes:
- Aesthetics Journal (monthly print and digital publication)
- ACE (leading annual conference and exhibition)
- CCR (leading annual conference and exhibition)
- The Aesthetics Awards (glamorous annual ceremony)
- Aesthetics Membership (newly launched)
The Marketing Executive will focus on:
- Implementing marketing campaigns and deliverables for CCR and The Aesthetics Awards
- Developing relationships with exhibitors, media partners, and judges
- Meeting targets, utilising the full marketing mix (SEO, PPC, email, social media, CRM)
- Creating content and features
- Executing full campaign strategies
- Providing additional support with ACE and Aesthetics Journal campaigns

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the role requires strong collaboration with the team and responsibility for: ✔ Executing multiple marketing plans ✔ Ensuring smooth on-site event operations ✔ Event marketing expertise (desirable, but drive and energy take priority)
Essential Criteria:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role, with proficiency in:
- CRM
- SEO
- PPC
- Email Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in event marketing
- Technical skills in:
- WordPress
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Sprout Social
- Design tools (Adobe Express, Canva)
- Knowledge of membership marketing
