Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a driven and organised Affiliate & Partnerships Assistant to support the growth of our affiliate and partnership channels across Frasers Group brands. This role will play an integral part in driving incremental revenue growth through affiliate publishers, influencers, content partnerships and strategic collaborations.

Working closely with affiliate partners, agencies and internal teams, you will support the day-to-day management of campaigns, partner communications, reporting and creative execution across multiple markets and brands.

This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a keen interest in performance marketing, affiliates and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate & Partner Management

  • Support the management and growth of affiliate programmes across multiple Frasers Group brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate publishers, influencers and strategic partners.
  • Proactively identify and recruit new affiliate and partnership opportunities aligned to brand objectives.
  • Respond to partner queries and ensure timely communication across campaigns and promotions.
  • Support influencer outreach and coordination for key campaigns, launches and events.

Campaign Execution

  • Assist with the optimisation of affiliate campaigns across multiple brands and territories.
  • Coordinate the distribution of creative assets, tracking links and campaign briefs to partners.
  • Create and manage weekly partner newsletters highlighting promotions, launches and trading opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams to ensure affiliates are aligned with wider brand campaigns and key trading moments.
  • Support with creative approvals, compliance checks and partner onboarding processes.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist with daily, weekly and monthly performance reports across affiliate activity.
  • Analyse key metrics including traffic, conversion rates, revenue, ROAS and customer acquisition performance.
  • Identify trends, optimisation opportunities and actionable insights to improve channel performance.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence using Excel/Google Sheets to interpret data.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, ecommerce and partnerships.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, influencer or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Awin, Rakuten, Impact, Partnerize or CJ.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics including CPA, ROAS and conversion rate.
  • Experience working with influencers or content publishers.
