Affiliate Manager

This is not a coordinator role. This is not brand marketing. This is not for someone who needs affiliate training.
DFO Performance is hiring an experienced Affiliate Manager to grow and manage e-commerce affiliate partnerships across Europe.
You own partners, sales, traffic quality, margin, and outcomes.

The Seat
You recruit affiliates who can drive real e-commerce sales.
You manage campaigns that need to perform every day.
You understand the difference between cheap traffic and profitable traffic.
You know how to scale content, coupon, cashback, loyalty, comparison, CSS, influencer, email, and shopping partners.
You protect brands from bad placements, fake volume, low-quality traffic, margin leaks, and weak partners.
You scale winners fast.
You cut poor performers faster.
This role is revenue, judgment, pressure, and execution.
What You Will Do
- Recruit, onboard, and scale affiliates, publishers, creators, media buyers, and commerce partners.
- Manage e-commerce campaigns across DTC, retail, beauty, wellness, gadgets, fashion, home goods, and related categories.
- Track EPC, CVR, AOV, CPA, ROI, revenue, refunds, payouts, and margin daily.
- Build partner plans for content, coupon, cashback, loyalty, comparison, influencer, CSS, email, and shopping traffic.
- Review partner traffic sources, placements, creatives, offers, promo codes, and landing pages.
- Negotiate commissions, placements, exposure packages, tenancy fees, bonuses, caps, and campaign terms.
- Identify fraud, fake orders, self-referrals, brand bidding violations, coupon abuse, low-quality traffic, and bad partner behavior.
- Work inside affiliate platforms, reporting dashboards, e-commerce stores, analytics tools, and tracking systems.
- Scale profitable partners.
- Pause weak traffic immediately.
- Own outcomes without hand-holding.

Who Should Apply
You should have:
- 2+ years in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce.
- Experience managing affiliates, publishers, creators, media buyers, or commerce partners.
- Strong understanding of EPC, CVR, AOV, CPA, ROI, revenue, margin, refunds, and commission structures.
- Experience managing live e-commerce campaigns.
- Ability to read reports and make fast performance decisions.
- Strong written English.
- Direct communication style.
- High accountability.
- European affiliate market experience.

- You think affiliate management is only relationship management.
- You do not want to be measured by results.

Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience.
Performance upside available for candidates who can grow revenue while protecting margin and traffic quality.
