Auctera Affiliate Manager Opportunity

Auctera is a global performance marketing and affiliate network working with advertisers across e-commerce, SaaS, lead generation, mobile, finance, and other performance-driven verticals.

We are looking for a proactive Affiliate Manager to grow our publisher network, recruit new affiliates, activate campaigns, and build strong long-term relationships with high-quality traffic partners. This role is not limited to managing existing affiliates. A key responsibility will be consistently finding, recruiting, onboarding, and scaling new publishers, media buyers, content sites, communities, app owners, influencers, agencies, and other performance-marketing partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively source and recruit new affiliates through LinkedIn, Telegram, Skype, Facebook groups, affiliate communities, competitor research, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified publishers and convert them into active, revenue-generating partners.
  • Onboard affiliates, understand their traffic sources, recommend relevant offers, and help them launch campaigns successfully.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing publishers by sharing new offers, higher payouts, exclusive opportunities, and scaling ideas.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conversion quality, caps, payouts, and advertiser requirements.
  • Work with affiliates to improve volume, conversion rate, traffic quality, and profitability.
  • Identify suspicious, non-compliant, or low-quality traffic and coordinate internally to resolve issues.
  • Maintain clear records of outreach, affiliate status, campaign activity, and next steps in our internal systems.
  • Stay informed about new publisher opportunities, traffic trends, competitor activity, and relevant verticals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
