Summary
As an Affiliate Manager, you’ll drive one of Virgin Media O₂’s largest paid acquisition channels. Taking ownership of the affiliate programme, you’ll manage key partnerships, develop strategies for commercial growth, and execute day-to-day optimisation while contributing to continuous improvement. Line management experience is supported to help develop leadership skills.
You’ll work within a high-performing team, collaborating with partners on AWIN, internal teams, and performance data to align with business priorities. Focus on budget management, growth opportunities, and ensuring the programme’s success while building leadership and team development.

About the Role
You’ll lead the optimisation of the affiliate channel, leveraging partnerships on the AWIN platform to maximise performance. Responsibilities include:
- Managing budgets, analysing key performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities
- Building and maintaining strategic affiliate partnerships to drive commercial success
- Supporting developers and executives in refining the affiliate programme for continuous improvement
- Working closely with internal teams to align affiliate performance with business objectives

Responsibilities

- Lead affiliate programme optimisation, enhancing performance through AWIN partnerships
- Manage performance budgets while analysing data to drive commercial growth
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, revenue resources) to align strategies
- Foster affiliate relationships and comply with regulatory frameworks
- Contribute to affiliate development and programme improvement with long-term visioning

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, including hands-on AWIN platform management
- Track record of managing and optimising performance marketing budgets efficiently
- Experience building relationships with affiliates to drive commercial growth
- Ability to interpret performance data and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Background in leading or coaching others, with strong stakeholder management
