Spotlight Sports Group is a global media and technology company specialising in content and data within sports betting, horse racing and fantasy sports. With over 400 employees, the group operates multiple award-winning brands, including Racing Post, the world's largest horse racing affiliate, Pickswise, myracing and Free Super Tips. We partner with leading operators across the betting industry to produce and build multilingual, best-in-class digital products and content to engage and educate customers. ICS-digital, an international marketing agency including ICS-translate, also operates under the group.
Requirements
To help drive the delivery of affiliate operations for Spotlight Sports Group, primarily focused on our UK brand, Racing Post. The ideal candidate will combine great communication with industry knowledge to ensure consistent delivery of our promotions across our products and marketing channels. This role is initially offered on a 12 month FTC basis.

Accountabilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of our affiliate business in driving user acquisition for sportsbook partners across key sporting and racing festival events (Cheltenham, Aintree)
- Work closely with the Conversion Optimisation Manager and Data Intelligence Unit to drive conversion rate optimisation efforts daily
- Liaise with and manage sportsbook partner accounts to input offers and links into the products (websites and apps)
- Coordinate with the content team to optimise their content to convert users into revenue-driving users
- Regular coordination with the design team to refresh content across all channels, for all formats and products, to avoid repetitiveness and ad fatigue
- Help manage weekly reporting and measurement of campaign performance to stakeholders including reviewing, analysing and interpreting results
- Perform regular QA of all revenue-generating journeys for customers across all Spotlight Sports Group products
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and departments including; paid & content marketing, product and compliance to ensure flawless marketing activations

- Ensure all campaigns and communications are creatively excellent and accurate
- Understanding of gambling regulation and responsible gambling compliance which we can help you learn
Benefits

- An understanding or interest in sports and/or horse racing would be beneficial
