Affiliate Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive – Affiliate Marketing Location: Wolverhampton Salary: £25,000 – £50,000 (DOE)

We need an ambitious Affiliate Marketing Executive who can build strong affiliate partnerships, maximise performance, and expand our reach in the digital marketplace.


The Role

As the Affiliate Marketing Executive, you’ll take ownership of driving growth through strategic affiliate partnerships. This hands-on, dynamic role demands creativity, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to maximise campaign impact and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimise affiliate marketing campaigns to boost revenue and brand visibility
  • Build and nurture affiliate relationships, fostering long-term partnerships for sustained growth
  • Analyse performance metrics (ROI, CPA, conversion rates) to refine strategies and improve profitability
  • Manage affiliate networks and tracking platforms to ensure seamless execution and campaign success
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to align affiliate efforts with wider business objectives
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to keep The Big Phone Store’s affiliate approach innovative

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results
  • A data-driven mindset, confident in interpreting analytics to optimise campaign performance
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners effectively
  • Creative and adaptive thinking, embracing experimentation to improve strategies
  • Strong self-motivation and accountability—Hong Kong’s fast-paced environment demands proactive ownership

Nice-to-Have Assets

  • Hands-on experience with affiliate networks (e.g., ShareASale, Awin) and tracking platforms (e.g., Tapfiliate, Spocket)
  • Familiarity with other digital channels (PPC, email marketing, social media campaigns)
  • Background in tech, retail, or sustainability sectors—though enthusiasm for refurbished electronics is key!
