You will lead the expansion of Tooth Fairy Healthcare Ltd’s affiliate and social commerce presence across the UK. By building a high-performance creator engine on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Shop, you will drive measurable GMV growth. This is a hands-on opportunity to own the channel from the ground up within a fast-scaling healthtech environment.

What You Will Do
- Build and scale affiliate revenue through social commerce channels, focusing specifically on TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop.
- Recruit and manage a network of affiliate creators while overseeing program performance on platforms like Awin and Impact.
- Identify winning content formats and brief creators to develop high-converting assets that drive consistent GMV growth.

- Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs in the UK health, beauty, or wellness categories.
- Deep technical expertise with affiliate platforms such as Awin, Impact, or Rakuten and social commerce tools.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to design repeatable growth systems and iterate based on performance data.
