Affiliate Marketing - Senior Associate

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager (Associate) you will play a key role in supporting our customers’ acquisition efforts by growing our Affiliates Marketing Programme. You will be responsible for selecting, vetting, onboarding and optimizing campaign activities, analysing performance, maintaining documentation, and driving process improvements to enhance the efficiency of our Affiliates partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage partners: Research and reach out to potential affiliates, negotiate terms, facilitate onboarding, and maintain ongoing relationships to maximize programme growth.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reports: Track affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversions, revenue), and prepare concise reports for management to highlight trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials: Work with marketing, creative, and product teams to create banners, links, and content for affiliates, ensuring materials are up-to-date and effective.
  • Analyze campaign data to optimize results: Review campaign data, identify areas for improvement, test new strategies, and implement changes to increase ROI and partner engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines: Review affiliate content for brand consistency, monitor for policy violations, and educate partners on compliance requirements.
  • Assist with payment processing and partner communications: Support timely and accurate commission payments, address partner inquiries, and provide clear communication regarding program updates and promotions.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, 
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with affiliate platforms and MMPs      (e.g. AW, Rakuten, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
