About UIB

Union Income Benefit (UIB) is a trusted, purpose-driven organisation supporting more than 2.5 million Trade Union members across the UK. As part of a well-established FCA-regulated financial services group, we've been helping working people for over 25 years and are proud to hold Investors in People accreditation.

Alongside our insurance business, UIB operates a growing Rewards platform with a simple goal: helping Trade Union members across the UK make their money go further.

We partner with some of the UK's leading Trade Unions to negotiate exclusive offers and discounts that members won't find elsewhere. Thanks to the collective buying power of our members, we help provide access to significant savings on everyday spending, including dining, retail, travel, fashion, leisure and more.

We're continuing to grow our Rewards proposition and are looking for talented people who can help develop our affiliate partnerships, reward offers and member experience.

The Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and developing our affiliate partnerships and rewards platform during an exciting period of growth.

We're looking for an Affiliates & Rewards Executive to support the growth and success of our affiliate partnerships and rewards platform. Working closely with the Head of Rewards, Marketing, UX, Technology and Finance teams, you'll help manage affiliate and reward partnerships, coordinate campaigns, monitor performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and commercial growth. You'll play a key role in helping us expand our partner network, optimise existing relationships and deliver value for both our members and commercial partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
