The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our Intelligent Performance team and help grow one of our most important digital marketing channels.
Working closely with the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager and Senior Affiliate Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering high-performing affiliate campaigns that drive bookings, revenue and profit across our global travel products.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some experience in affiliate or performance marketing who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment. You'll work with a wide range of affiliate partners, monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with teams across the business to ensure we're delivering best-in-class campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the setup, QA and day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns across multiple travel brands.
- Building relationships with affiliate partners including content publishers, deal sites and technology partners.
- Monitoring campaign performance against bookings, revenue and profit targets.
- Producing reports and analysing data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
- Supporting seasonal campaigns, promotional activity and peak trading periods.
- Working closely with internal marketing and commercial teams to ensure affiliate activity aligns with wider business priorities.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy across campaign delivery and reporting while continuously looking for ways to improve processes.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, building relationships and delivering measurable marketing results.
You'll bring:
- Some experience in affiliate, partnerships or influencer marketing, whether through an internship, placement year or a similar marketing role.
- An understanding of digital marketing and performance-based marketing channels.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence analysing data and using insights to improve campaign performance.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Competent Excel skills (or similar reporting tools).
- A proactive mindset with a genuine sense of ownership and accountability.
Experience within travel or e-commerce, along with knowledge of affiliate platforms such as Awin, CJ or Partnerize, would be advantageous but isn't essential.
