Your role in our team:
We are seeking an organised, motivated, and enthusiastic After Sales Administrator to join our dedicated team at the MANNS Saxham dealership. In this important role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our After Sales Department.
Main Duties include providing comprehensive administrative support to the After Sales team, including:
- Raising job details and purchase orders
- Processing timesheets and liaising with the payroll department
- Updating internal systems with customer information and work-in-progress status
- Invoicing for completed work
- Processing and tracking warranty claims
- Managing purchase orders and ensuring invoices are matched appropriately
- Handle telephone enquiries, taking and distributing messages as required
- Offer day-to-day assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office
- Coordinate with other departments and external contacts as needed to support After Sales operations.

Your profile:
Skills & Qualifications
- Solid administration experience, demonstrating reliability and efficiency in office environments
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector (advantageous)
