Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for on-site installation, commissioning and startup guidance of power equipment for global customers, handling equipment troubleshooting, providing professional after-sales technical support and operation & maintenance consultation, as well as daily technical communication with overseas clients to ensure stable equipment operation.

Location: USA, Australia, Hungary, Spain, Malaysia and other countries

Job Responsibilities

  • Complete on-site installation, commissioning, commissioning and power transmission of power equipment in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures to ensure the equipment meets operational standards and achieves power transmission targets on schedule.
  • Undertake after-sales technical support for power equipment, respond to customer demands in a timely manner, troubleshoot and diagnose equipment operation faults, formulate and implement solutions to ensure the stable operation of equipment.
  • Proactively provide customers with professional guidance on the operation and daily maintenance of power equipment, answer technical questions, improve the standardization of customer operations and equipment user experience, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Abide by on-site operation safety specifications, conduct daily maintenance and management of operation tools and testing instruments; cooperate with cross-regional project scheduling and complete after-sales operation tasks for off-site business trips.

Job Requirements

  • College degree or above, major in electrical/engineering/mechanical fields; candidates with experience in substation commissioning-related research projects are preferred.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in electrical engineering or related areas; candidates with experience in substation maintenance, industrial equipment commissioning, project coordination or team management are preferred.
  • Good English skills with fluent oral communication ability.
  • Be able to accept on-site work and frequent business trips.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
