After-Sales Service Technician (m/f/x)

Our subsidiary BAUER Equipment UK represents BAUER Maschinen GmbH in the UK. As the company grows our team continues to grow along with it. This has presented the opportunity for an additional After-Sales Service Technician (m/f/x) to join our team.

Das erwartet Sie in Ihrer neuen Rolle:

  • Commissioning, fault finding, repairs, rigging / de-rigging and maintenance of all types of BAUER equipment on site, at customers premises or at our own workshop facility in Rotherham
  • Liaise with our customers service staff to rectify faults both on site and over the telephone
  • Liaise with the BAUER Maschinen After-Sales Team to provide feedback from jobsites and to help rectify faults
  • Various other tasks related to repairs, maintenance and spare parts requirements for BAUER equipment
  • Compliance and execution of BAUER standards in the field of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Possess a thorough understanding of modern mobile Hydraulics and Electrics / Electronics
  • Possess relevant industry qualifications and hold a current CSCS skills cards
  • Employ good communication skills and a customer focused attitude
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving license
  • Have a flexible approach to the working day, a willingness to work out of hours and travel around the UK & Ireland as required
