Salary: £26,140 pro rata + Quarterly Bonus (up to 5%)

About The Role
Adecco Career Centre is looking for an organised and customer-focused Aftercare Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering an excellent service experience.
As an Aftercare Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of contractors working across client sites, acting as a key point of contact for contractors, hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You'll play an important role in ensuring queries are resolved efficiently, contractor records are maintained accurately, and service levels are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 200-350 contractors.
- Handle contractor, supplier, and client queries within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and contractors.
- Coordinate contractor extensions and supplier communications.
- Support payroll processes in line with client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all activities are completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- Participate in projects and additional tasks as required.
- Promote Adecco's values and always provide a professional service.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritise effectively.
- Experience in customer service, recruitment, administration, or workforce management is desirable.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- A proactive approach with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
