Job Description
Location: 10 Donegall Square South
Scope and Purpose of the Job
Due to our refurbishment, we are recruiting Afternoon/Evening public area cleaners for our expanding team. Our Public Area cleaners are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all areas of the hotel including the Spa, restaurants, and public areas, supporting our room attendants when necessary.
- There are a variety of shifts available with shifts starting from 3pm onwards, shifts to go on until midnight/1am depending on business needs.
- No experience is required as full training will be given.
- Candidates must enjoy talking to our guests and providing excellent customer service.
About The Role
Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure cleanliness of all public areas and spa changing rooms.
- Carry out lost property procedures.
- Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively.
- Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks, e.g., monthly deep cleaning and carpet shampooing.
- Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department.
- Check public areas and toilets taking remedial action where necessary.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
- Carry out any other reasonable task set by the hotel's management.

Required Criteria
- Good communication skills
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Ability to work on own or in teams
- Must be aged 18 or over due to working hours

Salary: From £10.85 Hourly to £12.75 Hourly
