Your role on our team:
As an After Sales Administrator you will play a critical role in supporting the team by managing administrative tasks.
We are seeking an organised, motivated, and enthusiastic After Sales Administrator to join our dedicated team at our Sleaford dealership. In this important role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our After Sales Department.
Main Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the After Sales team, including:
- Raising job details and purchase orders
- Processing timesheets and liaising with the payroll department
- Updating internal systems with customer information and work-in-progress status
- Invoicing for completed work
- Processing and tracking warranty claims
- Managing purchase orders and ensuring invoices are matched appropriately
- Handle telephone enquiries, taking and distributing messages as required
- Offer day-to-day assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office
- Coordinate with other departments and external contacts as needed to support After Sales operations.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid administration experience, demonstrating reliability and efficiency in office environments
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector (advantageous)
