Job Description

As a family-run business at Chorley Group, our clients are at the heart of everything we do.

We have an exciting opportunity to join a new, fast-paced Contact Centre Team at our Preston office, answering inbound and outbound Aftersales calls.

We are looking for confident, client-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering the Chorley Group Experience and bringing our values to life.

You will be joining a team of skilled and knowledgeable advisors who will help you succeed as you learn the role.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Answering inbound Aftersales calls and confidently assisting clients with their enquiries.
  • Managing enquiries by following a qualification process to determine where to route the client’s enquiry.
  • Creating appointment opportunities for the Aftersales team.
  • Building relationships with colleagues across the business, supporting each other in providing the best service possible to our clients.
  • Providing assistance, advice, and support, handling objections if necessary.
  • Managing client expectations and discussing the next steps of their journey with us.
  • Being memorable, for all the right reasons!

What Will Make You a Success in This Role?

  • Great communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Listening is super important, our customers need to feel heard.
  • Being able to prioritize and work well under pressure.
  • Telephone or face-to-face customer contact experience.
  • Understanding what good looks like, and making clients feel welcomed and valued.
  • Car sales or aftersales knowledge – though not essential as training will be provided.

What You’ll Get From Us
