We are looking for an Aftersales Advisor to join our team at Eden Newbury. You should possess excellent customer service skills, either face to face or telephone based, both would be an advantage. Motor trade experience or retail customer service experience would be advantageous but is not essential. You will assist incoming customers on a daily basis as well as talking to prospective customers. As you will be working as part of a team, good communications skills and basic computer skills are essential as well as being able to work on your own initiative as and when required, and the ability to prioritise your own workload. You should also be presentable, professional, reliable and a dedicated team player.
