We are looking for an analytical, curious and driven Aftersales Data Analyst to join our Aftersales team and play a key role in helping us make smarter, data-led decisions that improve quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The Opportunity
As an Aftersales Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the Aftersales function and the wider business. Working within our Warranty & Systems team, you will develop and manage dashboards, reporting tools and self-service data solutions that enable stakeholders to better understand product performance and vehicle quality in the field.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys uncovering trends, solving problems and influencing positive business outcomes through data. You will have the freedom to work independently, investigate opportunities for improvement and present actionable recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Analyse field and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support continuous improvement across the customer ownership experience.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions, ensuring that data is accessible, relevant, and easy to interpret.
- Work closely with colleagues across Aftersales, Quality, regional teams, and other business functions to understand business challenges and deliver meaningful insights.
- Help reduce quality issues, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
- Communicate complex findings in a clear and engaging way, enabling stakeholders at all levels to make informed decisions with confidence.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data to solve real-world business challenges. The successful candidate will be:
- Naturally curious, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Confident in working with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experienced in data analytics and comfortable using a variety of systems and reporting tools.
- Well-versed in Tableau (essential).
- Proficient across Microsoft Office applications.
- Skilled at presenting information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- An excellent communicator and relationship-builder, able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
- Passionate about continuous learning and proactive problem-solving.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
You will hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline such as:
- Data Science
- Data Analytics
- Data Engineering
- Or a related field
Additionally, you must have:
- Experience in data analytics and reporting.
- Experience using Tableau.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office applications$.
- The ability to work confidently with a range of business systems.
- A keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within the automotive sector would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of data engineering practices.
- The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- The skills to simplify complex analysis into practical insights for broader audiences.
