Job Description
MSX International seeks a high-performing Aftersales Coach to support UK dealership improvement initiatives, primarily based South of England.
The Role
The Aftersales Excellence Coach will collaborate with Aftersales operations within the Audi UK Network, driving improvements across critical performance metrics. Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver measurable enhancements in Aftersales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Engage managers and teams to:
- Root cause areas of underperformance
- Agree action plans
- Coach improved techniques in:
- Customer Satisfaction
- Customer Preparation & Technical Pre-Plan
- EV Handling & Charging
- Workshop Productivity
- Team Collaboration & Communication
- Modular Process Improvement & Quality Management
- Quality Control Processes & Analysis
- Facilitate sustainable solutions through continuous improvement
Ensure service delivery through: ✔ Consistently applying a professional coaching framework ✔ Applying agreed analytical tools ✔ Maintaining a professional reprofessional image
Build strong relationships with Audi UK Area Teams.
Responsibilities
Required Outcomes:
- Improve Aftersales KPIs by improving efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Foster a context-centric coaching environment for teams and managers.
- Implement process enhancements at dealerships and relay findings.
- Monitor standard and best-practice alignment with agreed KPI tools.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Manage, format, and submit weekly visit reports aligned to caretel-backed SMART action plans
- Ensure all activity is logged in MSXI activity tracker
- Comply with built-in expenses/mileage procedures
- Submit standardized reports/findings and visual management via unique channels

Travel & Client Interface:
- Available to travel across regional dealerships where required including overnight stays -onorary travel and accommodation expenses when stipulated to be covered.
- Must hold a valid UK driving license
Requirements
About You
We are looking for a energetic technical coach with exceptional interpersonal skills, report clarification on industry-leading insights, and thrives at communaional interactions.
Ideal Qualifications & Experience: ✅ Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in automotive aftersales (either commercial or technical) ✅ Strong expertise in interpreting business KPIs and action-based data to devise improvement strategies • Implementation experience of aftersales process frameworks within industry environments ✅ Adaptable, proactive, and reliable professionals who thrive in collaborative settings • Self-sufficient ability to prioritise workload
Personal Skills and Traits:
✔ Communicicator and problem-solver with a focus on solving challenges to drive results ✔ Focused analytical mindset to recognize gaps in strategy and performance ✔ Disciplined use of standard tools
Working Pattern and Location
- Hours: 40 hrs/week
- Allocated Monday to Friday working days
- Field-based role with hybrid flexibility, requiring occasional attendance at quarterly national team meetings.
- Supported locations: South of UK
- Travel policy: Local and overnight travel required; organizational support for travel expenses.
