Job Description: Aftersales Excellence Coach
MSX International is seeking a high-performing Aftersales Coach to support UK dealership improvements, primarily covering the South of England. This role will work closely with Audi UK’s Aftersales businesses to enhance key performance indicators.
The Role
The Aftersales Excellence Coach will:
- Deliver measurable improvements in Aftersales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Engage with Managers and Aftersales Teams to:
- Conduct root cause analysis for underperformance
- Agree action plans and coach improved techniques in:
- Customer Satisfaction
- Customer preparation & Technical Pre-Planning
- Electric Vehicle & Hybrid Complexity (EVHC)
- Workshop Productivity
- Teamwork & Communication
- Process Improvement & Quality Management
- Quality Control Processes & Analysis
- Facilitate sustainable solutions and continuous improvement
- Ensure consistent service delivery by applying structured coaching, using agreed analysis tools, and maintaining a professional image
- Build strong relationships with Audi UK Area Teams

Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:
- 3–5 years of automotive aftersales experience (essential)
- Strong KPI data analysis skills to identify process optimization opportunities
- Hands-on experience with aftersales process implementation
- A flexible, self-sufficient approach with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet agreed contractual days
- Accurate and timely administration (including Visit Reports & SMART Actions)
- Consistent use of MSXI’s activity-tracking tools (booking, expenses, mileage)
- Valid UK driving license (required due to overnight travel obligations—all business expenses covered)
About You
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys problem-solving. You’ll need to:
- Drive positive change within Audi UK’s dealership services
- Monitor and analyse internal and external business processes
- Present evidence-led findings and recommendations
- Work both independently and in team settings
Location & Working Pattern
- Primary working area: South of the UK
- Hybrid field-based role (with mandatory visits to dealerships)
- 40-hour week (Monday–Friday)
- Quarterly National Team Meetings (on-site plate-based locations)
- Expect overnight stays away from home
