Aftersales Excellence Coach – Audi UK Network (South of England)

The Role
MSX International is seeking a high-performing Aftersales Coach to support improvements at Audi UK dealerships in the UK (majority based in the South of England).
Key Responsibilities
The Aftersales Excellence Coach will:
- Drive improvements in Aftersales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across Audi UK dealerships.
- Work with Managers and Aftersales Teams to:
- Root cause areas of underperformance
- Agree and implement action plans
- Coach improved techniques in:
- Customer satisfaction
- Customer preparation and technical pre-planning
- Electric Vehicle Hybrid Checkout (EVHC)
- Workshop productivity
- Teamworking and communication
- Process improvement and quality management
- Facilitate sustainable solutions and continuous improvement
- Ensure service levels are delivered by:
- Consistently applying coaching structures
- Using agreed analysis tools
- Presenting a professional image
- Build strong relationships with Audi UK Area Teams

Requirements: About You
Ideal candidates share a friendly, analytical personality and possess:
Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years’ experience in automotive aftersales
- Good knowledge of business KPIs – able to analyse data and identify improvement opportunities
- Experience implementing aftersales processes
- Self-sufficient and adaptable approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet contracted hours
Administrative & Technical
- Accurate and timely administration for:
- Visit reports and SMART action plans
- MSXI Activity tracking
- Expenses and mileage claims
- Consistent use of agreed analysis tools for root cause analysis and objective feedback
Travel & Logistics
- Valid UK driving license required for travel
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays (all business expenses covered)
Working Pattern & Location
- 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- Field-based role, with hybrid working and quarterly National Team Meetings
- Location: Covering southern regions of the UK
- Self-managed schedule, with occasional overnight business trips
