LSH Auto is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Aftersales Executive for our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Macclesfield. As an integral part of our aftersales team, you will provide exceptional service to our valued customers, managing all aspects of aftersales support including booking service appointments, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. Working hours: 45 per week. Competitive salary of £30,387 plus OTE bonus available. Key Responsibilities: Promptly respond to customer enquiries regarding aftersales services. Efficiently schedule and manage service appointments. Collaborate with service and parts departments to coordinate aftersales operations. Maintain excellent communication with customers, providing updates throughout their service experience. Promote aftersales products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Support the team in meeting performance targets and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess: Previous experience working as an Aftersales Executive or in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work collaboratively within a team. A valid driver's licence is essential.
