Aftersales Executive - Mercedes Benz
Join LSH Auto as an Aftersales Executive, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at our dealership. We are seeking a dedicated professional who will become the key liaison between customers and our service teams, ensuring our aftersales services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding service appointments and aftersales enquiries.
- Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring optimal workflow in the service department.
- Collaborate closely with service and parts teams to provide timely updates and information to customers.
- Proactively seek customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
- Assist in promoting aftersales initiatives to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Work towards achieving key performance indicators related to aftersales service.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in an aftersales or customer service role within the automotive sector.
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- A valid driver's licence is essential.

Hours - 45
Salary - £30,387 Plus OTE bonus
