We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our fantastic Aftersales team.
As our Aftersales Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the Aftersales Department. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate service records, and assisting with scheduling repairs, services, and follow-ups.
Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help streamline operations, support the service team, and contribute to the overall success and reputation of our aftersales department.
Main Duties
- Supporting the operations of the two service departments.
- Role to progress into Aftersales Executive through coaching.
- Accepting online bookings in line with timed service level agreements and processing on the dealer management system.
- Customer follow-up calls after Service visit.
- Customer visit file pack preparation.

Additional Duties
- Supporting the two service Departments with general administration around the role.
Essential
- Motor Trade Service Advisor: 2 years experience – Not essential
- A genuine desire to deliver the highest standards of customer engagement and satisfaction
- A team player with a confident and friendly manner
- Ensure delivery of all opportunities
- Ability to work with company processes/systems
- Be able to manage the booking system to make sure appointments are logged correctly and time slots filled
- Manage each customer journey from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills
- A great outgoing personality
- Keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Forward-thinking mentality
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Full UK Driving license – preferred but not essential
