Key Offer

  • Salary: Basic up to £55,000, OTE of £75,000 + company car
  • Leave: 25 days’ annual leave (increases with service) + bank holidays

About the Role

At Marshall Audi Sales Wimbledon, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Aftersales Manager to lead exceptional customer service and drive commercial success in our service department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and financial targets are met.
  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Valet coordinators, and other service team members, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-focused outcomes.
  • Oversee departmental financials, collaborating with Head of Business and support teams to maintain profitability, compliance, and high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Maintain a positive team culture, driving performance, engagement, and professional development.

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Experience as an Aftersales or Service Manager, with a strong background in service operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, diverse teams effectively, setting clear expectations while leading by example.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and analytical finesse, with a focus on manufacturer and industry compliance.
  • An alignment with our company values, including a commitment to delivering both results and a supportive, positive work environment.
