AGE Driver (Air Ground Equipment)
Contract: 12 Months
Based: RAF Lossiemouth
Hourly Rate: £18.75 PAYE or £25.06 Umbrella inside IR35
5 days on site per week
37 hours Monday - Friday
Overview
Reporting to the AGE Senior Supervisor, you'll be responsible for transporting Air Ground Equipment, TMEC and Role Equipment across RAF Lossiemouth, ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently and in accordance with operational requirements.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Safely transporting Air Ground Equipment (AGE), TMEC and Role Equipment across the base.
- Delivering equipment in line with operational priorities and customer requirements.
- Supporting the successful delivery of TyTAN outputs.
- Coordinating with operational teams, including Forward Squadrons, Support Bays, GEF and LSS.
- Maintaining accurate transport and logistics records, including transport databases.
- Ensuring all logistics activities comply with MAOS Part 145 and Defence Logistics Framework requirements.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the wider logistics team.

Key Skills
- A full UK driving licence (essential).
- Experience towing trailers or equipment.
- Previous experience within logistics, transport, stores or supply chain operations.
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer-based systems.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
- A positive, proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
