About the Role
This is a critical coordination role, responsible for managing agency labour requirements, ensuring staffing levels align with operational demands, and maintaining strong relationships with labour providers.
The successful candidate will need excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and the confidence to liaise effectively between internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between 2 Sisters Food Group and labour agencies.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather staffing requirements, audit labour numbers for accuracy, and ensure demand is met.
- Communicate staffing needs clearly to agency partners to fulfil labour requests efficiently.
- Validate agency labour supply against contractual agreements, including commissioned rates, charges, and compliance terms.
- Resolve internal staffing enquiries and agency-related issues promptly.
- Monitor labour supply, identify potential shortages, and work proactively with agencies to prevent operational disruption.
- Process and reconcile weekly agency invoices, verifying accuracy before approval.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on agency staffing, costs, and labour performance.

About You
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Desirable: Experience with agency labour coordination or workforce planning.
- Good numerical skills, particularly verifying invoices and labour costings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting business demands.
