About the Role
As an EMEA Agency Development Lead at Reddit, you will play a key role in expanding Reddit's business across the EMEA region with a core focus on the UK market. You will partner with major holding companies and agencies to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and next-generation business solutions through:
- Strategic partnership development
- Executive engagement programmes
- Education initiatives
- Innovation-forward business solutions
This role requires someone who can build strategic relationships, think commercially, and collaborate closely with global agency leads, regional sales leaders, and multiple cross-functional partners to accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between agencies/holding companies and Reddit to develop strategic programs and partnerships
- Create and execute quarterly and annual holding company go-to-market strategies aligned with broader sales and corporate objectives
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring successful execution of regional/local strategies
- Develop and lead participation in regional tentpole events in partnership with Business Marketing
- Act as Reddit’s senior industry thought leader and ambassador, representing the brand at high-profile engagements
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements with key agencies and holding companies
- Lead educational programs and training sessions (in partnership with the Partner Success team) on Reddit best practices
- Collaborate with agencies to enhance creative strategy and campaign execution, driving client success
- Provide advertiser insights and market feedback to Product Marketing and Product teams to inform strategy
- Work closely with Sales teams on account planning initiatives, focusing on:
- Driving net-new business
- Growing retention and investment within existing advertisers

Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in:
- Brand advertising
- Partnership sales
- Strategic agency relationship management
- Deep familiarity with agencies/holding companies and strong relationships across the UK/EMEA agency landscape
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and expand relationships with:
- Senior agency decision-makers
- C-suite stakeholders across markets
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial and proactive approach across:
- Product innovation
- Client needs
- Process transformation
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate uncertainty effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication to inspire collaboration across teams
- Ability to think commercially and translate strategic insight into measurable impact
