Job Description

We’re looking for an Agency Enquires Agent to join our Agent Remuneration team in Cardiff. This is a great hybrid opportunity to build your career in financial services, supporting intermediaries with a range of queries while developing new skills in a supportive and collaborative team. Salary from £24,720.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling inbound calls from intermediaries and internal customers
  • Responding to emails and written queries in a timely way
  • Investigating commission and fee-related enquiries
  • Managing your workload to meet service level agreements
  • Recording all interactions accurately within systems
  • Delivering high quality customer service on every interaction
  • Supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge across the team
  • Contributing to process improvements and team objectives

Who we're looking for:

  • Experience in a customer service or contact centre role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good problem-solving ability and sound judgement
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
  • A team-focused approach with a willingness to support others
  • Resilience when handling high volumes or challenging queries
  • An adaptable mindset and openness to learning
