Responsibilities
TikTok LIVE is transforming how creators connect with audiences and build sustainable careers. Through real-time engagement and community-driven experiences, creators can monetize their content while building deeper relationships with fans.
Creator Networks play a critical role in enabling this ecosystem, supporting creators with strategy, production, and growth. As TikTok LIVE continues to scale across Europe, we are looking for an Agency Manager to drive the growth and success of our agency partner ecosystem in the UK.
This role combines strategic partnerships, consulting-style problem solving, and data-driven account management to help agencies and creators unlock their full potential on TikTok LIVE.
Responsibilities:
Build and Scale Agency Partnerships
- Build and manage a portfolio of strategic agency partners, acting as a trusted advisor to support their long-term growth.
- Develop scalable strategies to increase creator participation and content supply across key verticals.
Strategic Advisory & Account Management
- Partner with agencies to develop growth strategies for creator recruitment, engagement, and monetization.
- Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with agency partners.
- Provide actionable insights based on performance data and market trends.
Performance & Growth Optimization
- Monitor agency and creator performance through data analysis and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve livestream quality, creator activation, and revenue growth.
- Translate insights into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
- Support the development of agency programs, operational frameworks, and enablement tools.
- Lead training sessions and workshops for agencies on platform strategy, LIVE monetization, and creator growth.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, partnerships, strategic account management, business development, or sales.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage long-term client or partner relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive strategic recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced technology, digital media, or platform environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in consulting, livestreaming, or account management roles.
- Experience managing high-value clients or strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with the creator economy, social media platforms, or digital content ecosystems.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
