Agency Partnerships Lead
Location: Remote (London)
Salary: Up to £65k + Bonus
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Agency Partnerships Lead to join a fast-growing media business, responsible for developing strategic relationships with media buying agencies and driving commercial revenue across an expanding portfolio.
This role is perfect for someone with an established agency network who enjoys building long-term partnerships, developing innovative media solutions and identifying new commercial opportunities within the agency landscape.
The Role
Agency Development
- Drive new business revenue across a portfolio of premium media products.
- Develop strategic relationships with leading media agencies.
- Identify new agency partnership opportunities and secure long-term commercial agreements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of agency opportunities.
- Position the business as a trusted media partner within the agency market.

- Build and nurture relationships with key agency stakeholders.
- Manage opportunities from initial pitch through negotiation and campaign launch.
- Create commercially successful partnership agreements that deliver value for clients and the business.
- Work closely with internal account management teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Commercial Strategy
- Develop creative media solutions including sponsorships, branded content, and integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop compelling agency proposals.
- Help evolve the commercial offering to meet changing agency needs.
- Ensure campaigns align with audience engagement and commercial objectives.
Market Insight
- Monitor agency trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
- Review campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth within existing agency relationships.
- Use market insight to shape future commercial strategy.

Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, editorial, production, and account management teams.
- Partner with senior leadership on commercial growth initiatives.
- Contribute to wider business planning and strategic projects.
About You
You'll likely have experience within:
- Agency Sales
- Media Sales
- Advertising Sales
- Sponsorship Sales
- Commercial Partnerships
You'll also bring:
- A proven track record of generating new business revenue through agency relationships.
- An established network across media agencies.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the media buying landscape.
- Experience selling integrated media, sponsorship, or content solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and long sales cycles.
- Experience within sport, entertainment, or media would be beneficial.
