Agency Partnerships Executive (Havas + Independents)

Location: Covent Garden, London (Hybrid 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Department: Commercial
Reporting to: Head of Agency Partnerships

Role Overview

Working alongside experienced Agency Partnership Managers and the wider commercial team, you'll help grow agency relationships, identify new business opportunities and deliver creative, multi-platform campaigns for some of the world's biggest brands. We're looking for someone with plenty of drive, enthusiasm and commercial curiosity who enjoys building relationships and wants to develop into a successful media sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Partnerships

  • Build and develop relationships across your allocated agency patch, becoming a trusted point of contact for agency planners, buyers and partnership teams.
  • Support the growth of existing agency accounts while identifying opportunities to win new business.
  • Respond to agency briefs by working with Creative Strategy and internal teams to develop engaging commercial proposals.
  • Present Time Out's commercial offering confidently to agencies and clients.
  • Maintain regular contact with agency partners to build strong, long-term relationships.

Commercial Development

  • Sell Time Out's full suite of commercial solutions, including digital display, branded content, social, video and live.
  • Help identify new commercial opportunities across your agency patch.
  • Create engaging sales presentations and proposals tailored to client objectives.
  • Keep your sales pipeline up to date and support accurate forecasting.
  • Stay informed on media trends, competitor activity and agency priorities.

Campaign Delivery

  • Work closely with Creative Strategy, Editorial, Project Management and Campaign Delivery teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
  • Help manage campaigns from briefing through to delivery, ensuring an excellent client experience.
  • Support post-campaign reporting and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Represent Time Out at client meetings, networking events and industry events.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for building relationships. You'll be naturally curious, eager to learn and motivated by delivering great work for clients.

  • 2-3 years experience in media sales, advertising, agency partnerships or a commercial media environment.
  • Experience working with media agencies or advertisers, ideally within an independent agency environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded with a genuine interest in media, advertising and partnerships.
  • Confident speaking with clients and building trusted relationships.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude with the confidence to identify opportunities and take ownership of your work.
  • Naturally collaborative and enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Strong PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel skills.
