About You
You have worked in or are working within an agency, media or technology company at a senior account level, managing clients and importantly selling digital services, with an understanding on how these companies operate and what they expect from technology partners. Alternatively, you are working in the MARTECH space promoting / selling marketing technology to end clients or via channel partners.
You will join the partnerships team working with various internal and external teams to drive the growth of Infinity’s business within mainland UK. Your key objective will be to help nurture and uncover both new partners and sales opportunities to increase revenue & support the sales teams with new referrals.
To be successful you will be passionate, results oriented and demonstrate outstanding commercial ability. A trusted advisor to partners and customers alike, it is essential that you are comfortable articulating value propositions in the context of your audience and will be required to be part field based to attend external partner and client meetings

- 3-5 years sales experience, with a track record of sales and bringing in new business
- Experience working with channel Partners & clients within an Agency, Tech or CX space
- Excellent organisation, account management; time management and communication skills
- Experienced presenter and skilled negotiator with a proven commercial track record
- Proven solid understanding of Performance marketing agency businesses
- Preferred experience in marketing attribution, tracking or call intelligence platforms
- Background in delivering new business focused campaigns & solutions for clients
- Active in industry trade and networking events
- Looking to work in an exciting environment with constant learning
- Experience of Salesforce and Salesloft or similar tooling necessary
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the VP Sales, within the UK Partnership team to support the go-to market strategy. In this role you will uncover both referral and resell opportunities from partners.
- Develop and maintain strategic partner growth plans to achieve revenue goals and objectives through a sell-to, sell-through, sell-with approach
- Source and grow a pipeline of high-value new business leads from Agency partner network developing and implementing strategies to expand Infinity’s client base
- Understand Agency partner and client requirements, presenting the product and key value propositions accordingly
- Build a detailed understanding of Infinity products and their place in the industry and key sectors
- Support all key partner deals by building relationships at all levels within the Agency / Partner (including account directors to senior board level executives)
- Lead and/or participate in client presentations/pitches to marketing professionals, assist in scoping client requirements, mapping needs to solutions and providing quotes
- Map out partner accounts, have a detailed understanding of their markets, type of clients, focus and ensure the Infinity service is well positioned and understood correctly
- Educate, train, and raise Infinity’s brand awareness with new and existing partners
