About the Role
The TikTok Agency Partnerships Team collaborates with top-tier media agencies worldwide to help brands of all sizes engage communities and drive measurable business impact on the platform. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams and complete TikTok’s online training to build expertise in our advertising strategies.
- Support the agency sales team by:
- Crafting data-driven sales pitches and educational programs.
- Showcasing creative insights to attract and engage prospects.
- Help identify market opportunities using analytical and creative tools to guide strategic focus.
- Deliver campaign performance reports (in-person and virtually) to clients, refining strategies and scaling revenue hand-downs.
- Stay aligned with product and platform updates through collaboration with department teams, then relay insights to sales.
- Manage project workflows, track progress, and execute administrative tasks, including:
- Documentation and reporting
- Meeting coordination
- Data hygiene maintenance

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree qualification (Bachelor’s or above).
- Willingness to start in 2026.
