About the Company
A fast-growing B2B Advertising technology company, helping organisations reach business audiences through data-driven digital activation, audience intelligence, and analytics. Operating internationally, the business is expanding and investing in its UK and EMEA teams.
The Role
A senior commercial position responsible for driving growth through agency partnerships and strategic relationships with B2B marketing organisations. The role involves developing new business, managing key accounts, and delivering revenue growth within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across media agencies and B2B organisations
- Identify and close complex, high-value opportunities
- Manage pipeline and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to maximise client value
Experience Required
- 8+ years of sales experience
- Proven success selling to B2B marketing teams and/or media agencies
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and data-driven marketing
- Established network within UK and European agencies
- Track record of delivering consistent revenue growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
