Agency Sales Manager
London | £50-60k + comms
An exciting opportunity to join a leading Sports Media business, driving agency revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with some of the world's biggest brands.
In this role, you will lead the development of agency revenue by building and strengthening relationships with major media agency groups and their planning and buying teams. You'll identify new commercial opportunities, deliver cross-platform solutions, and work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise revenue across the business.
Day-to-day:
- Drive agency revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities with major media agency groups and their clients.
- Build, develop and maintain senior relationships across key media agency planning, investment and buying teams, positioning the business as a trusted strategic partner.
- Create and execute agency sales strategies that maximise revenue opportunities across a cross-platform media portfolio.
- Collaborate with agency and brand partners to develop innovative, audience-led partnership opportunities that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Increase awareness of the commercial proposition within the agency landscape through proactive networking, market engagement and thought leadership.

- Proven experience selling cross-platform media solutions.
- Strong, established relationships across major media agency groups and key agency patches.
- A successful track record of driving agency revenue and securing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for sport and the sports media landscape is highly desirable.
