Agent Assistant — TV & Broadcast Talent
Salary: £30,000–£40,000, depending on experience
Location: London
Working pattern: Full-time, with Monday working from home and four days in the London office
About Matador Talent
Matador Talent is recruiting an Agent Assistant for a highly respected, TV-first talent agency representing household names across entertainment and media. The agency has built long-standing careers and secured outstanding opportunities across television, broadcast, comedy, books, podcasts, digital, brand partnerships, speaking and more.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career as a television talent agent. The role will provide a strong foundation in the day-to-day management of established talent and the detail, discretion and organisation required to support successful careers.
The Role
Working closely with agents and their talent, you will support the daily running of a busy roster.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating complex diaries, schedules and appointments
- Managing email communication and responding appropriately on behalf of agents and talent
- Organising travel, logistics, meetings, shoots and appearances
- Preparing and distributing call sheets and itineraries
- Supporting contract administration, paperwork and record-keeping
- Liaising with production companies, broadcasters, publicists, brands and other industry contacts
- Tracking deadlines, options, bookings and outstanding actions
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Anticipating problems and ensuring the agent and talent are fully prepared
- Providing broader administrative support across the agency when required

Who We Are Looking For
This role would suit someone who is diligent, highly organised and comfortable taking responsibility for a large volume of detailed work.
You Should Be:
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
- Confident managing competing priorities and changing schedules
- Calm, reliable and solutions-focused under pressure
- Meticulous with detail, follow-ups and administration
- Professional and discreet when working with confidential information
- Comfortable communicating with senior clients and industry stakeholders
- Genuinely interested in television, broadcast and talent representation
- Keen to learn how successful talent careers are developed and managed

Previous experience in talent management, television production, broadcasting, booking, PA support, diary management or entertainment administration would be valuable. The salary offered will reflect the depth and relevance of your experience.
This is a highly administrative, PA-focused position. For the right person, it will provide an exceptional grounding in talent representation and prepare them for a long-term career within the industry.
