Agent (Transitions) Project Manager – Network Management
In partnership with global stakeholders and third-party providers, you will plan and implement strategic market changes to support the delivery of business objectives. You will provide an end-to-end control environment to deliver change while minimising risk to our clients.
Job Summary
As an Agent (Transitions) Project Manager in Network Management, you will lead projects from start to finish, managing strategic change initiatives of varying size and complexity across our Financial Market Utilities (FMUs) network. Your role involves driving the full project lifecycle—from evaluation and planning to execution—ensuring lasting operational impact that strengthens the foundation of JPMorgan Chase’s global operations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Internal line-of-business departments
- External Financial Markets Institutions and sub-custodians
- Network Managers and Performance Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Analyze and engage with product-driven, legal entity-driven, market-driven, and regulatory-driven changes
- Coordinate cross-functional global teams, ensuring operational readiness for change events
- Oversee line-of-business activities, including:
- SWIFT testing
- Account opening
- Change approvals
- Client communications
- Collaborate with:
- Line-of-business Project Managers
- Product/Business Managers
- Operations Leads
- Technology Leads
- Act as an escalation point for senior management to address project issues impacting delivery
- Provide governance and oversight of multiple workstreams across diverse business lines and locations
- Drive project prioritisation within and across CIB (Commercial & Investment Bank) lines of business
- Actively contribute to preparing materials for senior governance forums

Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills
- Proven experience executing large-scale, multi-disciplinary, multi-national transformation projects
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to:
- Overcome obstacles
- Negotiate win-win solutions with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage expectations and relationships effectively
- Excellent time management with a balance of urgency and precision, including:
- Goal setting
- Planning & prioritisation
- Scheduling & monitoring
- Deep knowledge of JPMorgan’s Cash & Securities products, including expertise in:
- Payments & Cash Management
- Securities Services
- Markets & Prime Finance, with relevant operational experience
- Strategic and operational insight into:
- Firm priorities and challenges
- Regulatory, commercial, and risk considerations
- Understanding of FCA CASS (客户资金规则) UK Client Money Rules
