Agentforce Trainer / Salesforce AI Consultant (Contract / Ongoing) Location: Remote (Global) Engagement: Ongoing | weekly Workshops + Advisory Company: MaxAccelerate Technology Group / Kompetenza Innovation Overview We are building one of the most forward-thinking AI-powered Salesforce practices in the market. Our focus is simple: move organisations from traditional CRM delivery to AI-first operating models, powered by Agentforce, automation, and intelligent workflows. To support this, we are looking for a highly experienced Agentforce Trainer / Salesforce AI Consultant to work closely with our internal team of Salesforce developers, architects, and product leaders. This is not a standard consulting role. This is about shaping how a global team thinks, designs, and delivers AI-driven Salesforce solutions. The Role You will act as a hands-on expert and trainer, delivering structured workshops and real-world guidance to enable our teams to: Design and build Agentforce-powered AI agents Translate business requirements into AI-driven use cases Implement end-to-end intelligent workflows across Salesforce Shift from traditional development to AI-first solution architecture You will play a key role in upskilling our entire Salesforce capability. Key Responsibilities Deliver monthly hands-on workshops for Salesforce developers and architects Train teams on Agentforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices Support the design and build of real-world AI use cases, including: AI SDR (Sales Development Representative) agents Customer Service / Support agents Onboarding and operations agents Guide teams on prompt design, orchestration, and agent workflows Provide advisory on scaling AI solutions across enterprise environments Review and improve existing implementations and use cases Help define internal frameworks, accelerators, and best practices Required Experience Proven experience working with Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents) Demonstrated experience building multiple AI agents end-to-end Strong background as a Salesforce Consultant / Architect Hands-on delivery of AI use cases such as: Sales automation / SDR agents Customer service automation Workflow automation using AI Deep understanding of: Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) AI-driven workflows and automation Prompt engineering and agent orchestration Ability to train, mentor, and communicate complex concepts clearly What We’re Looking For Someone who is genuinely AI-first in their thinking A practitioner — not just theory, but real-world delivery experience Strong communicator who can lead workshops and influence senior teams Passion for building scalable, intelligent solutions Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-growth environment Why This Role Work with a global AI and Salesforce innovation team Be part of building next-generation AI products and services Influence how AI is delivered across multiple industries and markets Long-term opportunity with consistent engagement and impact Direct involvement in cutting-edge Agentforce implementations Engagement Model Ongoing contract / advisory role/Perm Monthly workshop delivery (core requirement) Additional involvement in solution design and strategic initiatives
