About the Role
We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups.
We are serial entrepreneurs, for example:
- Paul Müller (founder of Adjust, €1.2B exit)
- Petter Made (founder of SumUp, €8B exit)
We are eager to support outlier personalities and serial entrepreneurs who aim to build €1B+ companies.

Key Responsibilities
- Own, build, and run your startup, particularly in fields like Agentic AI.
- Undergo an extensive personal development journey led by unicorn founders, including:
- A fully customised programme enhancing time, energy, and goal management.
- Receive hiring support via our network (over 50,000 professionals) along with advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
- Undergo intensive coaching to prepare your startup to raise millions in funding.
- Iterate your product until achieving product-market-fit, with assistance in:
- Building a sales force or
- Creating a marketing engine.

Requirements
- Must be based in Europe or the Americas; relocation open.
- Willing to take full responsibility for your startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
