Join the Early Work On Room (EWOR) Fellowship
We are looking to hire ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups at the earliest stage.
Among our advisors and co-founders are serial entrepreneurs including:
- Paul Müller, Founder of Adjust (†€1.2B exit)
- Petter Made, Founder of SumUp (†€8B exit)
We provide customized support to help you build a €1B+ company.

Your Tasks
You will:
- Plan, build, and scale your own startup – particularly inspired by Agentic AI
- Engage in an intensive coaching programme designed by unicorn founders
- Customise your personal growth journey with €1B+ founders’ guidance
- Strengthen time, energy, and goal-management skills
- Collaborate closely with expert mentors to:
- Iterate your product until product-market-fit is achieved
- Develop a multi-million euro funding strategy
- Forge a go-to-market roadmap
- Deploy a sales force or marketing engine

Requirements
You must:
- Be based (or open to relocating) in Europe or the Americas
- Be fully committed to building a €100M+ revenue startup (potential-to-€1B+ exit)
- Demonstrate fluent English communication skills for collaboration
